The 7 – floored ALPHA aparthotel is located in the north-western part of Sunset Resort. The hotel offers 85 apartments, reception, 2 elevators, Grill House restaurant with an open air terrace and a underground car park.

BETA has 6 floors and is also situated in the north-western part of the hotel complex. The hotel includes a total of 63 apartments, reception, 2 elevators, buffet restaurant with an open air terrace and underground car park.

SIGMA consists of 13 floors and is situated in the heart of Sunset Resort. The hotel building has at its disposal a total of 327 units, reception, 6 elevators, lobby bar, two buffet restaurants, French a la carte restaurant, spa & wellness center, beauty parlor, doctor’s office, indoor pool, meeting room, business center and various shops.

The 6 – floored DELTA is located in the north-eastern part of Sunset Resort and consists of two twin buildings. Each building has a reception and two elevators. The aparthotel has a total of 118 units, lobby bar with pool terrace, buffet restaurant, Asian a la carte restaurant., Vienna Café and pastry shop, piano bar, bowling center, multifunctional hall, kiddy club, sports wear shop, and underground car park.

ETA is situated in the Eastern part of the Resort and has 8 floors, 178 units, reception, 4 elavators, lobby bar, Italian a la carte restaurant with an open air terrace, mini-market and ATM.

Sunset Resort comprises a total of 771 units, 728 of which are apartments, with one, two, and three bedrooms, and 43 are studios up to 35 sq.m. The latter are situated only in aparthotel Eta and accommodate maximum of two persons.

Most apartments have open spacious open air terraces, and provide stunning views towards the Black Sea a well as towards the enormous pool and water attractions area within Sunset Resort. Others expose an excellent panorama of parts of the Balkan Mountain.

All apartments are furnished identically and comprise of a living room, the corresponding number of bedrooms, kitchenette, dining table, SAT TV, fold-out sofa bed, telephone, balcony/terrace, bathroom with shower and bath tub, hair dryer and rentable safe deposit box.

Sunset Resort’s Spa & Wellness oasis is located in aparthotel Sigma on a total carpet aarea of 1000 sq.m. Emerald multifunctional hall, situated in aparthotel Delta on a total carpet area of 500 sq.m is suitable for hosting business events – conferences, symposia, incentives, team building, as well as for organizing festivities – birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings. The hall seats up to 500 people depending on the arrangement and has at its disposal following conference techniques : 2 fixed and 2 movable screens, multimedia, microphones, flip chart, beamer, stage.

Sigma hall is situated in apartment Sigma and seats up to 80 people depending on the arrangement. The hall is ideal for business meetings, seminars, and promotions. Next to it there is also a small meeting chamber with 12 seats and a business center.
