  This is a view of Karageorgievo village from the slope of the Stara Planina hills that it backs onto .The village has a population of around 2000 residents, with many locals shops and is 5km away from a large town of Aitos. The area around Karageorgievo is full of nature, and an ideal area to relax in amongst the local village life and scenery .This area has many cherry orchards, which is the main crop in the summer months .There is a natural lake situated between this village and the next village of Polyonovo. Its a good area for exploring, hiking up into the hills for nature and its views ,and cycling around the flat country roads in the valley.

Exclusive Properties...
There will be 6 houses built in total, on a plot size of  3800m2 in area, with a communal swimming pool and barbeque area. Each house will also have their own terraces, to make the most of the scenery. ( The large house will have two ). Down the lane there is a local school, and many shops. Mulberry Heights has a number of mature fruit trees ...cherry, apricot, mulberry, peach ,figs, as well as almond, and walnut trees, (and of course a Mulberry tree from which the development is named after). The houses will be similar in the look to traditional Bulgarian houses, with quality materials used in their construction.

Currently the prices are 90,000 Euros for the 140m2 houses.
