The more referrals you make, the better the chance you have of earning money and the more people you successfully refer, the more money you will receive!

To Start Earning money

1) You need to first register for the scheme….Here . In the Feedback / Comments box please state you want to join the scheme, to be a referrer.

2) Then email a friends name and email address that you know is interested in Bulgarian property to Bulgarian Sun Homes BG via email ……….info@bulgariansunhomes-bg.com

3) Ask your friend to contact us via email and mention your name as confirmation.

Then if this leads to a sale from us, Bulgarian Sun Homes BG will pay you 0.5 % of the agreed sales price.

This works out....................................... 500 Euros for 100,000 sale

..............................................................1000 Euros for a 200,000 sale

The money is paid to your bank account by bank transfer in Euro or Pounds(Sterling) within two weeks of the completed sale, provided the commission has been paid to Bulgarian Sun Homes BG by the Developer, Vendor or Purchaser.

The referral fee will be paid against any completed sale as a result of a documented referral. Referral fees will only be paid for the first occasion that a referred member purchases a property through Bulgarian Sun Homes BG. Subsequent property purchases by a referred member will not qualify for referral payments.

Any taxes, bank charges or any other charges related to this scheme are the responsibility of the person who referred the client.
